We process all orders, transfers and e-mails twice a week, so if you haven’t gotten a reply in 24 hours; please be patient.
Delivery Times
You will receive an e-mail once your order is shipped out and on the move or when any other updates occur. This usually takes a few days, a week max.

Orders from The Netherlands should arrive within 2 weeks, from Europe maximum 3 and worldwide 3 to 6 weeks. If you have not received your order after this point in time, please contact us asap so we can go see what’s up.
Process and delivery depends on a few factors. If you requested an autographed copy, an out of stock product, or included any other additional requests, it might slow down the process and we ask for your patience.

Washing Instructions
To get the best use out of your Shogun Gear, I recommend you to:
– iron the front and back print before 1st wash
– not wash it over 40 °C
– turn the gear inside-out when washing in a machine
– and as usual, dry tumbling will cause minor shrinkage
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the delivery address, total weight of your order and our costs. Below is a printscreen of the delivery prices from the Post NL postal office.
We add between 2 and 3 euros to the above prices to compensate for the Track & Trace and proper packaging.

Handling Fee
To keep our individual product prices low, we include a 3 euro handling fee with every order to cover:
- taxes
- customer service
- administration
- webhosting and design costs
- and the service for the person to process your order through our system, prepare the package and deliver it to the post office.
This is the reason we’re required to bring this fee in and we hope for your understanding.
In / Out of Stock
When ordering, make sure to check that the product is actually in stock and ready for delivery. We allow back orders on products that are out of stock and clearly indicate this with a note on the product page. Keep in mind that if you include any back orders, it can take 3 – 36 months for your order to be delivered.
